Are you a Larry Niven fan? This domain has been held for many years on behalf of a customer who finally decided he was never going to get around to setting up this site, or a companion one at Rishathra.Org.
At some point in the near future, I'll get this set up on some auction site. However, if you'd like to make an offer, please send an e-mail to HostMaster at this domain. Given the lack of overhead, or anticipated competition, you'd quite possibly get it cheaper.
Given that I was paying to hold this domain for him all this time, it would be a bonus if someone else actually wanted it. Otherwise it would become available in 2020. Are you patient and do you feel lucky?
